A: Any legal entity who has PAN/TIN/CIN/GSTIN available with a registered office in India or Overseas can enroll at HUNAR portal of JSDMS as an employer to recruit skilled youth of Jharkhand.

A: JSDMS has a target of skilling 20 lacs youth till 2022, which implies that Jharkhand will become a key sourcing ground for the industry, as there is ready trained talent available and candidates have flexibility to adopt to various requirements, as out of state requirements have happened in bulk. With proper counseling and direction, they tend to work harder to integrate with mainstream society and driven by ambition to achieve personal and social goals. Therefore, it’s a win-win situation to recruit candidates from JSDMS skilling program.

A: JSDMS is engaging with the industries through multiple models and is in the process to come up with a Flexi MoU route. You are advised to get in touch with JSDMS team to engage on customized models of association. You can also recruit apprentice from JSDMS empaneled TSPs under NAPS scheme.

A: The course content should be in tune with the requirement of industry/trade. JSDMS does not provide the course content. The employer can use a course content certified by Sector Skills Council (SSC).

In case, any company is willing to propose any unique/customized model of development of curriculum, JSDMS may take it up on case to case basis.

A: JSDMS has various PIAs/TSPs (Project Implementing Agencies/Training Service Providers) for implementing its various schemes and engages them through the RFP route. You can undertake the service of such TSPs as per your requirement and business area.

A: Placement drives are conducted both by TSPs and JSDMS periodically across multiple districts and employers are notified accordingly. In case, you wish to be a part of the drive, please get in touch on addressing to the placement team and state your requirements. We will connect you to our placement representative, who will guide you.

A: Yes you can partner with JSDMS as a training partner, you will have to check if you fulfill eligibility conditions as laid out and register with the Skill Development Mission for the same. However, if you are an employer and train youth specifically for jobs in your organization or industry only, you can approach JSDMS for partnership which may be taken on a case to case basis. You may address your requirements to the Mission Director on

A: Yes. You can use your funds in the CSR share to train youth under the JSDMS program. This may be through:

  • Sponsorship of candidates in one of the approved TSPs and training centres of the JSDMS.
  • Support training infrastructure either through physical building or training equipment.
  • Share training content and training of trainers.
  • Any other mode of support.

A: Please write to Mission Director of Skill Mission on by stating your requirements. We will connect you to our Mega Skill Centers/DDUKKs which is training in related job roles and offer candidates for OJT (On-the-Job Trainings).

A: This would require engagement through a different route. None of the existing training programs offered by JSDMS has long training duration. Please write to Mission Director on with your model and we will connect you to our placement team or we may offer you candidates who are undergoing trainings in similar job roles and can be customized for your needs.

A: Currently, there are no re-skilling programs under the JSDMS, however, you can always engage with JSDMS to offer such training programs. JSDMS prioritizes all training proposals that offer captive or foreign placements at the completion of the course.
